It has been several years now that I have known, Lily, to be exact, four years! I have watched her become such an amazingly beautiful incredible lady!! I cannot believe that she is a SENIOR!!! Lily! Have a wonderful Senior year! I am so excited to see where life takes you! Love you girl! You are so incredible!! Happy Senior Year!!! Here are a few of my faves! I might have to blog a few more! Hello class of 2011!!! I love the sound of that, 2011! I wish I was graduating in 2011, it sounds much better than 1994!!!!! Okay, just admitted I am really OLD! Yesterday I photographed my FIRST 2011 Senior!! Miss Amanda! We had a great adventure of a photo shoot!
We started out at the Cascade, perfect place to meet, & come to find out her Grandfather helped build the Cascade Theatre!! We ventured through Redding, up until the sunset! It was a great way to start my Senior Sessions!!!

Every photo session is always so uniuqe. The essence of personality, passion, and poise! To be! To be captured! I totally enjoyed Meagan! She was full of ideas, endured the heat, and was willing to hop into a bush full of bugs!! Thank you for the great session, girl. Pursue your dreams!!

I have loved the last minute senior sessions!!! I’ll take a senior ANYDAY!!!! Lexi had a car full of clothes, shoes, accessories! I was in heaven!! So many fun options!!!! Incorporating the suitcase into her shoot, I really felt a sense of journey as I captured Lexi! I know that there are great things ahead for her!!!

Photography is capturing a moment in time! A moment never to be forgotten! I love Senior Photography because it highlights each individual in the “17″ or “18″ that they are! The moment of being the best they can be! Adventure, Dreams, Life, Hope, so much awaiting for their future!!! I love to capture the uniqueness of people! It makes me come alive!!!!
Belive it or not I took these photos six months ago!! I know, right???!!! A few seniors did quick “mini” sessions to get yearbook photos in & then ordered their pics at a later date!! With so much hitting the fan in my life, six months ago, several shoots didn’t get blogged, this being one of them!!!! Sooo, without further ah-do…. The amazing C.J.! All the best to you C.J. Loved this session!! It was definately a high-light of my senior shoots!!!!!

I truly love every photoshoot that I get to be apart of! I love the kids, families, newborns, seniors, brides…weddings, I truly love it ALL! As a photographer, though, there are shoots that take my own breath away. The light is magical, the subject is fully loving being captured… It’s magical!
This particular Senior Session with Megan, I have to say, is one of my most favorite sessions that I have ever photographed. I loved everything about it!! I wanted to keep going, but I the light was fading away fast & I had kids to get home too!!!
Anyways—I loved capturing you, Megan! You are absolutely stunning! I cannot wait for more sessions with you!

Despite getting lost & being twenty minutes late, this photo session turned out beautifully! The light was magical, her smile contagious, and her beauty breathtaking!!! It has been a Senior or two a day! I have really enjoyed each and every session. I feel like I am getting a little bit of my youth back hanging with these young people!! They are keeping me up to date & informed on the latest & greatest! Thank you, to each of you who have hired me as your photographer! It is such an honor!!!!
