We have had the honor of modeling for the adorable on-line children’s boutique, www.littleposhprincess.com, for THREE years now!!!! Fall 2010 is now shipping & it’s absolutely ADORABLE! After this photo session it totally made me want to schedule a shoot with just the ladies in my family! To get all dressed up & have a little fun posing it up for the camera!!! It was a bit hot, but we shot away & had a BLAST!!!! Thanks, girls, for the awesome session!!!
Me & dirt aren’t the best of friends. We really never have been, but I suppose getting dirty camping makes up for the icky-ness of DIRT!!! We are off to camp for a few days!!!! Love to make those childhood memories with the kids! There is nothing quite like the smell of a campfire, the crisp twinkle of the stars that look so close to you as you gaze up, s-mores, eggs & bacon…. and then after all the fun, coming home to a HOT shower!!!!!! AHHHH I cannot wait!!! LOL!

I feel more & more free with each day! Paul & Mandy are my kids Sunday School Teachers & how my kids LOVE them!!!! Kira asked me if Mandy was going to wear her “cool” hat that she wears every Sunday to the wedding?? I love kids & their wonderment of life!!!!!! They did bring along Vince the puppet to add a few laughts to the ceremony!!! Paul & Mandy are so much fun & have the sweetest hearts!!! The ceremony took place in Lakehead, California. It was an absolutely stunning venue. And the two shall become ONE!!! U N O!! Thanks for the honor of capturing your beautiful day!

Through Aleah’s & my e-mail’s about her & David’s mini-engagement session I asked her if she had a theme or something about her wedding that would connect the dots! Aleah said monograms! I did a little “monogram” searching, and thank you internet for the “scrabble” inspiration!!!!!!

I was so thrilled to capture Luke & Marche`s wedding, with my husband right along side! It was absolutely incredible! The ceremony was held up in Mt. Shasta at a quaint little church, Hope Community Church, & the reception was in McLoud at the Mercantile. It was incredible! The wedding was coordinated by the AHHMAZING Gwen Edwardson! From top to bottom she made sure everything was taken care of! She pulled off the wedding with much success!! Sean Gafner catered the event, and let me tell you, it was TASTY!!! The flowers were arranged beautifully by Terri Barr . The reception was a blast with music by Ray Pettengell. To top it off, Ron Loos drove them to the reception in his stunning vintage car!!!

A few weeks ago as I was eating at this fantastic new restaurant, KOBE, & the thought of getting as many photographers here in the area together to come dine in this fantastic new restaurant because they can seat 20 around two of their grills, which means an awesome night off, TOGETHER, crossed my mind!!!!!! This Wednesday night SIXTEEN photographers & ONE videographer united! We talked shop, caught flying egg in our mouths– praise the lord no one had to administer the heimlich!, ate, met new friends, got re-aquainted with a few, & most of all built connection!!! It was the greatest!!! I have such a deep respect for each of the photographers here in Redding, for their art, & for who they are & what they carry! I am continually inspired by each of them & hope to get to know them more!!!

I could resist calling one of my favorite families who live down in the L.A. area, while I was on my way to the Jasmine Star Workshop!! The Toledo Family! How I LOVE them! I have been capturing them for a few years now, & truly what an honor! They recently had their third baby, Ruah! He is absolutely adorable!!!
